1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the entire ck3999 platform, including the casino games section, the sports betting sportsbook, virtual sports, live dealer tables, slot games, the voucher system, and all associated payment, account management, and customer support services accessible at ck3999.net.

1.5 These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall govern in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience purposes is non-binding and, in the event of any conflict, the English text prevails.

1.6 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your ck3999 account at any time by contacting the support team via in-site live chat. 8.4 ck3999 is not liable for any losses arising from: internet connectivity failures on the player's side; device hardware or software failures; delay, interruption, or corruption of data transmissions between the player's device and ck3999's servers; or the actions of third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
